Hello,
Does this trigger trainer has a cut-off, so I can feel the firing pin?
Thanks!

glok-E-trainer does not have the ability to feel the "wall" of the 2nd stage, nor the "break" of the firing pin.

I know what you are talking about, but from my experience these functions are more useful to competition shooters that need to know every detail the trigger "travel" as they have to deal with milliseconds as they aim and shoot, but less to average shooters who don't have the money to spend for devices and large amounts of ammunition. And I am talking about the 90% of the shooting family worldwide (not to say more)!

Professionals don't care about how much money they spent on ammunition or for hardware, spare parts and customizations (sponsors do that!)

Also trigger weight is identical to your Glock whatever modification you have done with it!

In seconds you can insert glok-E-trainer, train yourself and when finished remove it again in seconds!

My opinion is that it's a very decent and low cost accessory that can save you a lot of money, as you don't have to be at shooting the range all the time, or constantly pulling the slide causing wear to your Glock.

In time you can reach 70%-80% of trigger pull perfection. By fitting a laser (inside the barrel or on the picatinny rail)and aiming at a target and pulling the trigger, you can find out what you are doing wrong and fine-tune your pull!

The other 20% will come in the shooting range with live fire,

I am testing it for a long time and I think this trigger trainer causes the least wear to our Glocks!

Also some shooters who trained with glok-E-trainer, gave me very positive feedback, as they managed to fine-tune their technique!

I hope that I answered your questions!

An excellent and honest review from a gunsmith from glock.pro forum:

It's worth reading!

A lot of people ask me if glok-E-trainer is compatible with laser ammo that supports firing pin stikes...

The answer is no, but this is NOT a drawback, so please read below:

I would like to say that laser ammo with firing pin function show us momentarily if the target was hit!

So, If you use such a laser ammo, you won't have any feedback about your hand and finger movements and mistakes!!!

glok-E-trainer works better (if you prefer) with a laser ammo that is always "on" (which is cheaper!), so you can find out where you are doing wrong by observing the movement of the laser at the target!

glok-E-trainer focuses on the finger smooth movement along with the hand and wrist, as it pulls the trigger.

Hi, I am Jean from France!

Matt here from USA!

I was a little bit hesitant to buy this, especially from paypal...
But everything went well!
After I received it and tested it I found out it helps a lot although there is no feel of the trigger pull stages.
But you cannot have them all at this price!!!!

Matt thanks for your feedback!
Yes, unfortunately there is no feel of the 1st and 2nd stage of the Glock trigger pull.

Hello from Spain!

I am Piero who ordered both types!
I can say that it is so simple, but someone had to think about it!!
You surely have my respect!
I was previously searching for a trigger trainer and my only results where expensive and bulky equipment for professionals with a big wallet!
Oh! And fast shipping to Spain!
Thanks again !!

PS: Patenting it was a clever move!

I received and used the trainer with my Glock 21.
I must admit it trains very effectively, as I am a concealed carry person!
I just wanted you to know!
Thanks again!

I got two Glock trigger reset trainers. A simple device that can be installed or removed in literally ten seconds. By far the least expensive of the trigger reset devices available. Works well to train your trigger finger--just watch your sight alignment to determine if your pull is smooth and straight to the rear. There is no audible click on striker release or trigger reset, but at this price and level of simplicity one cannot have everything. All in all, a useful adjunct to live fire and other dry-fire training tools.

Thanks for your comments!
Indeed there is no audible click from the firing pin (there is a reference about it), but we are working on it and maybe we will find a acceptable solution!
